Application PROCESS 2025

How to apply?

To apply, submit the application form. The application deadline is Sunday March 2, 2025, End of Day, Anywhere on Earth (AoE).

What does the application process look like?

  • You are allowed to use large language models, but if you do so, we ask you to tell us which model you used and how.

This is not an encouragement to use them - we don't think they will give you interesting answers and we prefer reading text written in your own voice over a "chatgptfied" version.

Nevertheless, we think it's a good practice to credit the tools we use when we do so, especially in the case of generative AI. You have the opportunity to credit AI systems which assisted you at the bottom of the form.

  • Apart from basic questions about you, the application form consists of a task and a couple of open ended questions.

We encourage you to not spend more than two hours on the open ended questions. However if you want to spend more time on the form, you can.

The application form is the same for as for our other camp, PAIR, you can apply to only one of them or both.

We aim to send the stage 1 decision within two weeks of the deadline

  • Within two weeks of the application deadline, we’ll invite a fraction of applicants to the second stage, which will consist of a couple of tasks in total for about two hours. We hope we created tasks which will be both fun to work on and interesting in different ways.

  • Successful applicants will be invited for an online interview in which we would talk more about you and your interests and the camp.

  • We expect to announce the final decisions (i.e. the accepted and waitlisted applicants) by mid May. You can indicate in the application form if you need an earlier decision.
